1. Select Administration Settings in the header and choose Map Profiles:
   
2. Click  in the map that you want to work with.
   The selected map is displayed:
   
3. Copy the image URL and paste it into a new tab in your browser with the suffix '&admin':
   
4. Use the + and - icons in the top left of the screen to zoom in and out of the image as required.
5. Place your cursor and click in the location where you want to place an object, such as a desk.
   The X and Y coordinates for the location are displayed on the left of the screen:
   
6. Make a note of these coordinates.
7. Click in another location to place another object and repeat the process until you have got the coordinates for all of the objects that you want to position.
8. You are now ready to add resource objects to your map, see below.

Add Resource Objects

1. Click Image Removed in Image Added in your selected map profile to display the Map Resources Objects screen:

2. Click Create in the top right of the screen to list a new object on the map. The Add/Edit Map Resource Object form is displayed:
