Here you will find a list of all the Features, Improvements and Bug fixes added to this version of ResourceXpress SaaS, a few of these include Location-based System Settings (RCA-609) which allows custom settings to be applied to an entire location, Hybrid Booking Systems (RCA-628) providing the ability to connect to multiple backend bookings systems such as Exchange and Google and Azure AD Integration (RCA-1300) which offers Single Sign-On with Microsoft Azure AD.

RCA-1429	Kiosk	When accessing Kiosk from a browser or mobile device, if the user has already signed into the Admin console or Booking Manager they will be automatically signed into Kiosk.

RCA-1473	Qubi, Asure	Fixes an issue where the Qubi would continue to show a checked out booking until the next refresh.

General

If Single Sign-On is enabled and there is no active session, opening the admin console will redirect to ResourceXpress SaaS login page.

Qubi

Book for available duration/slot is not yet available.

Kiosks (with Kiosk Security disabled):

If Kiosk is whilst a user is signed into the admin console the signed-in user’s name is not always shown in Kiosk.
A workaround is to manually refresh the Kiosk page.
Signing out of the admin console will not sign-out of Kiosk automatically.
When using a public Kiosk if a user is alerted of being auto-signed out and chooses No, the auto-signout timer will permanently be disabled.
A workaround is to click on the user’s name displayed in the bottom left corner to manually sign-out.

For Kiosks & Maps, we recommend to clear browser cache and restart all devices after an upgrade.
