Audit Log

The Audit Log was added in v2022.3 - July 2022

The Audit Log will track all admin changes made throughout the system.
This can be used to find out when changes were made and by which user.

To access the Audit Log, click Reporting Module from the navigation bar, then choose Audit Log.

By default, the log will display all actions for the past month.
The results can be filtered using the options found at the top of the report, these include:

  • User (this requires three characters to be typed before providing a list of users)

  • Module

  • Sub Module

  • Action

  • Start & End Date Range

Module

This is the admin page where this specific action was made.
The modules that will be listed are:

  • All Messages

  • Equipment

  • Equipment Helpdesk

  • Location Settings

  • Map Profiles

  • My Settings

  • Resource Display Profile

  • Space Settings

  • Stylesheet

  • System Settings

  • Users

Clicking this value will navigate you to the setting where applicable..

Sub Module

The Sub Module refers to the tab or sub-page for the Module page.

Id

The ID is the ID reference for the specific resource/profile that has been updated.

The ID number could reference a Resource Profile, Kiosk Profile, Map Profile, Stylesheet, Location or User.

Name

This is the name of the Resource/Profile that has been modified.

Field

This is the name of the field that has been modified.
For example MAC Address or SMTP Port.

Old Value

This is the previous value for the specific action.

New Value

This is the new value for the specific action.

Action

This is the type of action that was taken.
This can be:

  • Create

  • Update

  • Delete

  • Copy

  • Import

Modified By

This will show the name of the user that performed the specific action.

Last Updated

This will show the date and time that the specific action occurred.
