Add RX Work Places App via Teams
The RX Work Places App can be accessed from Microsoft Outlook or Teams.
To add the App from Teams select the App icon from the left menu in Teams.
This will display all the available apps you can add.
The RX Work Places App will be listed under Build for your organisation.
If it is not listed on this screen, select Build for your organisation from the left menu.
Find and click the RX app.
By default the RX app is called RX. However, this can be customised by your administrators.
More information about the App will be displayed.
Click Add.
Once the App has been added you will see a Added successfully message.
Click Open.
You may be required to authenticate.
If Single Sign-On (SSO) has been configured for your organisation you will automatically be signed in, or will need to sign in using your Microsoft account.
If SSO is not enabled you maybe required to sign-in using your ResourceXpress username and password.
You can now access the RX Work Places App.
The RX Work Places app will now be added to both Outlook & Teams.
It can be accessed quickly using the Apps icon, found in the left menu.
