Ring-fence

Ring-fencing is a new option to help with social distancing.
If enabled, when creating a booking for a workspace/desk any nearby resources will automatically be set as unavailable.

Aura

In aid of health and safety, a new touchless method has been added to the Aura screens.
This utilises the RFID/NFC to allow users to interact with the devices without needing to touch.

CliQ

A new mobile web app has been added.
CliQ can be used with NFC or QR codes to allow users to view, create, extend, check-in and check-out of bookings for any workspace.
CliQ can be accessed using the URL below and it requires users to login before accessing it.

Reports

Employee contact tracing has been added to reports, this can allow for admin users to see which workspaces a user has used over a set period, as well as any other users they might have been in contact with during these bookings.

Improvements have been added to the Booking Reports to allow better support for IE and Safari browsers.

Users are now restricted from creating bookings from locations that are not in their allowed list.

Fixes an issue where Qubi would show an error when used with an Assigned Space.

Fixes an issue where all-day bookings created in the Booking Manager would show the incorrect end time.
