Users can log a problem with equipment, such as a phone or computer in selected room, via the QKiosk screen, Map or Astro:

  1. In the QKiosk or Map, select the resource that you want to work with.

  2. Click Info.

  3. Click on the equipment that you want to report.

  4. Select OK in the popup window displayed.
    Where a resource has equipment with a logged issue, the Info button is highlighted red:


    Equipment with an issue is identified on the QKiosk, Map and Astro with a highlighted icon:
