My Downloads can be accessed via the User Icon from the main navigation menu.
Exporting a large dataset from the All Bookings report can take some time and cause a timeout error.
If exporting results with over 10,000 entries the download will be moved to a background task to avoid any issues.
The user will be alerted that a background process will handle this large export.
They will be able to see this process listed on their My Downloads page.
Once the export is available for the user they receive an email and will be able to download the Excel file.
A button to download the report will be available in a future version.
