My Downloads

My Downloads can be accessed via the User Icon from the main navigation menu.
Exporting a large dataset from the All Bookings report can take some time and cause a timeout error.
If exporting results with over 10,000 entries the download will be moved to a background task to avoid any issues.
The user will be alerted that a background process will handle this large export.
They will be able to see this process listed on their My Downloads page.
Actions
Action | Desciption |
---|---|
Delete | This will remove the download from your list of available downloads. This action can be performed before the file is available for download to cancel the process. |
Download | Once the report file is available you will be able to download the excel file using this action. |
Email notification
Once the export is available for the user they receive an email and will be able to download the Excel file.
