Important - A QKiosk profile with ID=1 is required to use CliQ. If this profile is not available please contact helpdesk@qedas.com for assistance.

CliQ is a simple mobile interface for each resource profile.
The CliQ web app will follow the same set of rules as the standard room screen profile and is available as soon as a profile is created.

To access CliQ use the below URL:

https://<rx-address>/cliq/?ID=#

The letters “ID” must be capitalised in the URL being used.

Replace <rx-address> with your own ResourceXpress instance domain.
Replace # with the correct profile ID from Resource List page - see below:

CliQ is ideal for use with QR codes or NFC tags and can be used in replacement or in conjunction with devices such as the Aura or Qubi.

QR codes can also be displayed on Meeting Room Screens such as the Aura.
A custom background image will need to be created with the QR as part of the image and applied to each resource profile.

This provides the ability for users to scan a code directly from the screen using their own smartphone or tablet devices to instantly book resources without touching the room screen

You can use a service such as https://www.qr-code-generator.com/ to create QR codes.


Using CliQ

CliQ requires all users to authenticate.
Users will need to exist in ResourceXpress with a valid email address and password. For enterprise customers, we recommend Single Sign On (SSO) integration which has an option to create users automatically in ResourceXpress.

Once a user access CliQ, either directly using a URL, by a QR code or via an NFC tag they will be required to sign in.

They will now have quick access to most of the Room Screen functions from their own device.

All upcoming bookings will be listed in chronological order allowing users to see booking information such as Start and End times, the booking title, the organiser's name and any attendees.

Using the menu button in the top left users can create, extend, check-in and check-out of bookings.

CliQ only allows for instant bookings to be created.
Check-in, Out and Extend actions will only affect the current or next booking.
