Finding the EWS Address for Office 365
Additional Guide only needed if default Office365 EWS address is not valid.
To connect ResourceXpress to Microsoft Office365 the Exchange Web Services (EWS) address will be needed.
Commonly this will be: https://outlook.office365.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx however this may not always be the case.
To check the EWS address, open a browser and navigate to: http://testconnectivity.microsoft.com
From here select the Office 365 tab and the checkbox Outlook Autodiscover then click Next
The next screen will request some connection details to run the connectivity test. Once the details are entered and validated click Perform Test
In the results screen click Expand All, run a find command (Ctrl+F) and search for the value EwsUrl
You will see the below line with the correct EWS URL for your environment
