Users and groups
Navigate to the Microsoft Teams Admin Center Dashboard using the link below.
https://admin.teams.microsoft.com/dashboard
Search and find the App from the Manage apps screen.
Clicking the App name will display the full details about the app.
By default, the app will be available to all users in your organisation.
You can choose who has access to the app by navigating to the Users and groups tab.
Click the Edit availability button, as shown above.
You can change the Available to option from Everyone to Specific users or groups.
Using the search, find the groups or individual users who you want to allow access to the app.
You are able to select multiple groups and users.
Once you have completed this, click Apply.
You will see the users and groups you have selected listed under the Users and groups tab.
The app will now be available to only these users.
