Here you will find a list of all the Features, Improvements and Bug fixes added to this version of ResourceXpress SaaS, a few of these include Ring-fencing (RCA-1842), CliQ Mobile (RCA-1873), User tracing (RCA-1844) and Aura contactless operation (RCA-1843) and other improvements and fixes.

RCA-1842

Ring-fence

Ring-fencing is a new option to help with social distancing.
If enabled, when creating a booking for a workspace/desk any nearby resources will automatically be set as unavailable.

RCA-1843

Aura

In aid of health and safety, a new touchless method has been added to the Aura screens.
This utilises the RFID/NFC to allow users to interact with the devices without needing to touch.

RCA-1873

CliQ

A new mobile web app has been added.
CliQ can be used with NFC or QR codes to allow users to view, create, extend, check-in and check-out of bookings for any workspace.
CliQ can be accessed using the URL below and it requires users to login before accessing it.

Improvements

RCA-1844	Reports	Employee contact tracing has been added to reports, this can allow for admin users to see which workspaces a user has used over a set period, as well as any other users they might have been in contact with during these bookings.
RCA-1831	Admin	Improvements have been added to the Booking Reports to allow better support for IE and Safari browsers.
RCA-1777	Booking	Users are now restricted from creating bookings from locations that are not in their allowed list.
