The RX Scheduler Task must be installed and enabled if you are not using Room Screens or Qubi's to communicate with the booking system.
Maps is a powerful feature which allows users to display a 2D rendering of their building, much like a floorplan, but with enhanced usability and features. This user interface includes the ability to pan and zoom, as well as navigate through multiple floors, buildings across multiple countries to find the desired workspace.
Before creating a map, please ensure that the location details are populated in System Settings and the Resource Profiles are associated with a location.
View/Create Map Profiles
Select Administration Settings in the header.
Select Maps Profiles:
All profiles are listed here.
Use the Search box to find a specific record to work with. Search by ID, Name or Location.
Use the navigation tools to find the map profile that you want to work with.
Click Create in the top right of the screen to create a new profile.
Use the icons in the Action column as required.

A Last occupied or Last cleaned message is shown in Qubi, Kiosk and Maps. Letting users know when resources were last used and last cleaned can be extremely useful to ensure that only safe workspaces are available to be booked.
