Here you will find a list of all the Features, Improvements and Bug fixes added to this version of ResourceXpress SaaS. This includes two major features to assist with a Return to Work strategy which allows assignment of Setup & Cleardown times to specific workspaces (RCA-1841) and to then manage these events with a Facility Work Schedule (RCA-1855).

RCA-1841

Bookings

Setup & Cleardown times can now be added to resources by Space Type.
This is a Return to Work feature allowing for cleaning or layout changes between bookings.
Also, a new authenticated Check-Out option has been added for the Facilities team to confirm completion of the Cleardown process.

RCA-1855

Reports

Facilities Work Schedule reports are now available.
This utilises the Setup & Cleardown times (see RCA-1841) to indicate which resources require attention by the Facility team. Any overlaps that occur due to conflicts with existing bookings are clearly highlighted in the report and if affecting current working day events generate email notifications.

RCA-1949

Qubi, Kiosk & Maps

A Last occupied or Last cleaned message is shown in Qubi, Kiosk and Maps. Letting users know when resources were last used and last cleaned can be extremely useful to ensure that only safe workspaces are available to be booked.

RCA-1948	SSO	Improvements have been made to handle invalid values for RFID & Access Code values when using SSO.
RCA-1941	Locations	Scotland & Wales have been added as country location options.
RCA-1963	Admin	A new menu added for Facility Support which now has Equipment Helpdesk and Facilities Work Schedule as sub-menus.
