Closing an Equipment Issue

  1. Select Equipment Helpdesk in the header.
    The Resource Equipment Problems screen is displayed:


    All equipment that has been reported as having a problem is logged here.

  2. Use the Resource Name - Display dropdown to select the resource that you want to work with.

  3. Select 'Open' in the Problem Status.

  4. Use the Search field to find specific equipment.

  5. Click in the column headers to sort results as required and use the navigation tools to move through pages of data if necessary.

  6. Click

    next to your selected resource equipment.

  7. Enter notes to detail the resolution of the issue:

     

  8. Click Save.
    The issue is now listed as 'Closed':


    The equipment is now shown as working on the Kiosk, Map or Room Screen:
