Kiosk Profiles

The Kiosk displays are configured by creating a profile:

Select Administration Settings in the header.

Select QKiosk Profiles: All profiles are listed here.

Use the Search box to find a specific record to work with. Search by ID, Name or Title.

Use the icons in the Action column as required:

Delete the display profile.

Copy the display profile.
This is a useful timesaver. Copy an existing profile and edit it to meet your requirements.

Display an example of the selected kiosk.

The Is Default column will indicate which Kiosk will load if no ID number is used when accessing the Kiosk.
The blue icon is the current default, this can be changed by clicking the grey icon for another Kiosk profile.

If using authentication to access the kiosk the default will be specific to the user's default location, if there is not a valid kiosk for their location or they do not have this value configured the selected Is Default kiosk will be used instead. Create a New User

Click + Create in the top right of the screen to Create & Edit Kiosk Profiles.

Notes

Introduced in v1.5.1 - January 2020

Aura devices can now be used to display Kiosk profiles.
The Aura lights will be turned off and RFID will be enabled.

Introduced in v1.8 & v5.2 (on-prem) - August 2020

A Last occupied or Last cleaned message is shown in Qubi, Kiosk and Maps. Letting users know when resources were last used and last cleaned can be extremely useful to ensure that only safe workspaces are available to be booked.
