The Resource List will show all resource profiles available in the system. This is also where you will be able to create and manage new and existing profiles.

To access the Resource List select Administration Settings in the header.

Select Resource List from the menu to display the Resource Display Profiles screen:

Search & Filter

When dealing with many profiles you can use the search and filter options to help find the profiles you require.

Filters

To filter your profiles, select Filters from the top action panel.
You will be able to filter based on the following criteria.

Filter Option	Desciption
Country	Provides a list of all available Countries. When selected the results will be limited to all profiles for this Country.
City	Provides a list of all available Cities. When selected the results will be limited to all profiles for this City.
Site	Provides a list of all available Sites. When selected the results will be limited to all profiles for this Site.
Building	Provides a list of all available Buildings. When selected the results will be limited to all profiles for this Building.
Local Mode Only	When selected the results will be limited to all profiles that do not connect with a 3rd party booking system.
Status	This option provides 4 options: All → All profiles Active → Profiles that have a active connection Not Active → Profiles that have not had an active connection for over 5 minutes Not In Use → Profiles that have been configured as Not In Use

Click Clear Filter to remove your selected filter options.

Search

Use the Search box to find a specific record.

You can search by ID, Location, Display Name or Licence Type.

Status Column

The icons in the Status column indicate the connection status of the profile and the availability status of the resource.

Icon	Indicates that…
	A successful connection to the profile was made in the last 5 minutes.
	There has not been a connection to the profile in the last 5 minutes.
	The resource is currently free to book.
	The resource is currently in use.

Click on a Display Name or the icon to view the selected profiles Room Display UI.
