Roles

To work with role profiles, follow the steps below:

Select User Management in the header.
Select Roles to display the Role Module Permission screen.

All current user roles are listed here.

Use the search field and navigation tools to find the record that you want to work with.


Create/Edit a Role

To create a new role click Create in the top right of the screen.

To edit an existing role click the Edit icon () to the right of the correct role.

The Add/Edit Role Module Permission form will be displayed.

Enter a clear and concise Role Name and Role Description.

Use the Feature Name checkboxes to select the features that the role has access to.

v2022.1 The Booking Manager permission is no longer a required option.

Users with the Booking Manager Admin permission are able to edit and delete other users bookings.

The Restricted Space Type option will limit users with this role to only being able to reserve one of the selected space types at a time. i.e. This role can be used to restrict a user to book only one desk at a time

Click Save to return to the Role Module Permission screen.

Delete a Role

To Delete a role click the delete icon ()
