[1.4] Edit or Delete a User

- Open the Users List screen:
- Click either:
- for the user that you want to edit.
or - for the user that you want to delete. Confirm your selection and user is removed from ResourceXpress. Any existing bookings for the user remain in place.
The Add/Edit User form is displayed:
- for the user that you want to edit.
- Enter name and email details for the user:
- User Name is usually the user's email address.
- Alias Name can be used to add a nick name or job role.
- Enter an Access Code for the user. The user must use this when accessing private information via QKiosks. See Screen User Authentication tab for more information.
- If using RFID, enter the unique reference code of the RFID allocated to this user.
Select the User Role.
'User Admin' can see, edit and delete all bookings for all users.
- Click Save to return to the Users List.
