[1.4] Edit or Delete a User

  1. Open the Users List screen:
  2. Click either:
    •  for the user that you want to edit.
      or
    •  for the user that you want to delete. Confirm your selection and user is removed from ResourceXpress. Any existing bookings for the user remain in place.
      The Add/Edit User form is displayed:
  3. Enter name and email details for the user:
    • User Name is usually the user's email address.
    • Alias Name can be used to add a nick name or job role.
  4. Enter an Access Code for the user. The user must use this when accessing private information via QKiosks. See Screen User Authentication tab for more information.
  5. If using RFID, enter the unique reference code of the RFID allocated to this user.
  6. Select the User Role.

    'User Admin' can see, edit and delete all bookings for all users.

  7. Click Save to return to the Users List.
