Specify the time-out period after which interactive popup screens return to the main display screen. The default setting is 30 seconds.

Display Book Button

Default = Yes. This option is used to show/hide the Book button when set to No users will not be able to create bookings from Screens, Qubi’s, Kiosks or Maps.

Authenticated?

Default = No. When enabled users will be prompted to authenticate before being able to create a booking
Users will need to authenticate by Access Code, Username & Password or by using an RFID card, this can be configured from the User Authentication Tab.
When authentication is used the user's name will be recorded against their booking in the utilisation reports.

Display ‘More’ ‘Custom’ Button

The More Custom button allows bookings to be made for later the same day.

Booking Duration
Use this setting to configure the default More Custom booking duration.
This is shown after pressing the More Custom button, the start time will be the next available booking time and the end time will be (start-time + this-value).

Enable Title Entry

When enabled users will be prompted for a booking title before being able to create a new booking.
When disabled all bookings created via Rooms Screens, Kiosk & Maps will use the Default Booking Title which can be configured from the Display Tab.
There is also an option to make the booking title mandatory when enabled users will be prompted to add a title if the field is left blank.

Not In Use Dates

When enabled, a list of dates can be added when the resource is not in use.
Affected profiles will display as Not In Use and all actions will be unavailable.

This option is useful to restrict resources being booked during public holidays.

This can be configured via System Settings, Location-based Settings or a Per Profile basis.

Not In Use Days

When enabled, the days of the week are listed. These can be selected to enable Not In Use. Affected profiles will display as Not In Use on the selected days and all actions will be unavailable.

Send Confirmation To Organiser

Default = No. After enabling users will be emailed a tentative calendar invite for the booking they create.

This is now available in v2021.4 for all booking systems.

Booking Options

Use the options here to choose which quick booking buttons will be available for different aspects of the system.

The Space column determines the duration options that users are able to choose for any space type, this includes Desk, Huddle, Parking, along with any other custom space types created Space Settings Tab .

The Room Screen column determines the duration options that users are able to choose from for Room Screen assigned profiles.

The Booking Manager column determines the duration options that users are able to choose from when using the Booking Manager Booking Manager .

This allows for a message to be displayed to all users before they are able to create a booking.
Users are required to accept the terms before they are able to continue.

This can be useful for return to work, post-covid.
