Resource Server Tab
The Resource Server tab is used to integrate ResourceXpress with 3rd Party Booking Systems, for example, Microsoft 365, Exchange or Google.
In the Server Host Name field enter the qualified name or IP address of the resource server.
In the Server Port field enter the required port number. The default setting is HTTP port 80.
Complete the fields in the Global Resource Authentication section:
Field | Explanation |
Booking System | This option is only available when using a Hybrid Booking System licence. Use the dropdown selector to choose which booking system details you want to view or configure. |
Server Host Name | This is the URL used to connect with the 3rd Party Booking System. |
Update Profiles | This provides a Find & Replace option that can be used to update the Server Host Name for all Resource Profiles with matching host names. |
Server Port | Default port 80 |

Resource Login User ID | Enter the user id and password required to access the resource server. |
Resource Login Password | |
Resource Login Domain | Enter the resource server domain name. |
Click Save.
Check to see if the server is working as expected. Enter the text shown in the Check Server section and click Check Server.
