All Bookings
ResourceXpress captures full resource utilisation information for all reservations, whether created on the desktop or on-screen.
To run an All Bookings report select the Reporting Module in the header and choose All Bookings.
Use the following options to filter the list of results.
Field | Explanation |
---|---|
Country, City, Site, Building, Floor, Zone | Use the dropdown lists to filter bookings based on the Resource location. |
Start Date | Specify the starting time range for the report. By default this is 00:00 of the current day. |
End Date | Specify the end time range for the report. By default this is 23:59 of the current day. |
Resource Name - Display | Filter the bookings down to a single Resource profile. |
Booking System | Filter bookings based on the connected booking system. |
Resource Time Zone | Filter bookings based on a geographical timezone. |
Space Type | Filter bookings based on the Resources Space Type. |
Departments | Filter bookings based on the Orgnaizer/Attendees assigned Department. |
Teams | Filter bookings based on the Orgnaizer/Attendees assigned Team. |
Include Assigned Spaces | Choose to include auto-created bookings for Assigned Spaces. |
Click Apply to refresh any search results
Click Export to Excel to export the data displayed to Excel format for further analysis and charting.
Clicking on the ID column displays the additional details of the event, including the Booking ID and Meeting ID from the host booking system and details of any authenticated on-screen actions such as Check-In, Check-Out and Extend:
