This report shows actual occupancy for resources which have been pre-booked (i.e. not Smartbooked).
The report also shows Recorded Attendance where Record Attendance by RFID has been selected in System Settings or Resource Profiles (Touch Screen Settings).
The actual occupancy includes the booking organiser (chair).
The Occupancy field in the resource profile must contain a valid number before the Pre-Booked Occupancy report can be generated.
