Charts

It is now possible to view data in the form of simple graphical reporting in the admin console. This data can be filtered down by date and place in order to achieve a chart that represents specifically the information that is required.

It is possible to export each chart that is generated as either an Excel document or a PDF for viewing. A simplified table recording the data is also available underneath each graphical preview.

The charts available are:

This allows you to compare the total booked duration with how much of that period of time is actually utilised:

This will show how much of booked time is used within a specified date range:

This displays the total unutilised booked hours and no-show data within a set time period:

This compares the total planned occupancy with the total actual occupancy, displayed as percentages for each day:

Shows the percentage of meetings by group size. In this example 100% of meetings are for groups of up to 2 attendees:
