New features

RCA-3283 | Map Resources Objects | Bulk Import/Export feature for Map Resources Objects is now available. |
RCA-3261 | Microsoft 365 | A new option is now available in System/Location/Profile level to create a booking directly in a user’s calendar (i.e. Outlook client mode) rather than using the resource calendar. This is applicable for Graph API only and currently in preview mode. |

RCA-3235 | Admin | Improvements have been made to the Users page by adding the new field “Default Home Page” which enables setting of a default landing page as per user roles. By default, the “Default Home Page” field is selected with “RX Welcome Screen”. |
RCA-3284 | User, Import | Improvements have been made to keys in the tenant web config. The “AllowedLocationList” key in the tenant web config which has been changed to “BookableLocationList” and a new key "ViewOnlyLocationList" has been added. |
RCA-3229 | Qubi | The text message wordings has been changed from "FW Download unauthorized" to "Invalid Request" in Qubi FD.aspx |
RCA-3285 | Report | Improvements have been made by adding the “Device Activity Log” button in Qubi Device under-reporting module. |
RCA-3281 | Admin | Improvements have been made to the Location/System Settings by adding the “Show Booked by” option in Display tab. |

RCA-3110 | Booking Manager | It has been reported that under some circumstances when using RX Booking Manager to create recurring bookings for Exchange or Microsoft 365 integrated resources double bookings can occur. This is thought to happen for a particular resource when the RX bookings are out of step with the Exchange bookings due to synchronisation issues. |
RCA-2750 | Zoom | The Check-In action from ResourceXpress is not correctly updated in Zoom when connecting to Exchange via GraphAPI. This issue could cause bookings to be auto-cancelled by Zoom even after check-in from ResourceXpress. To avoid this issue the Zoom meeting must be started within the Check-In period specified in Zoom. |
RCA-3374 | Admin | Search box and Pagination are missing in the Locations List page. |
RCA-3351 | Admin | Applying filters in the Resource List page with “Not In Use” status is not working properly. |
IE & Maps | There are a few known compatibility issues with Maps working with IE and the Windows-based RX Client Application. If you are using Kiosk and Maps on a Windows based Kiosk please contact helpdesk@qedas.com before upgrading to this version. | |
