Here you will find a list of all the Features, Improvements and Bug fixes added to this version of ResourceXpress SaaS, a few of these include Multi-day Booking Support (RCA-1112), OAuth 2.0 for EWS (RCA-1262) and a few general usability improvements.
A new option is available to use Asure or EMS for user Authentication with resources that are not directly configured in these systems, such as local mode profiles.
Microsoft's Basic Authentication method will be depreciated in October 2020 in favour of OAuth 2.0
When using the SSO option Auto-create user records from SSO an email will be sent to the user to confirm their account has been created.

ResourceXpress now handles bookings that span multiple days. UI changes have been made to make it easier to see which day a meeting started and finished.
Administrators now have the ability to send password reset emails to users, this can be used to send emails to one user or using the tickboxes, multiple users at once.
An additional field has been added into the booking reports to record the device type (Room Screen, Map, Kiosk, Qubi) that was used to perform an action (Book, Check-in, Check-out)
An option has been added into the user roles to restrict booking actions for specific space types. This can be used to restrict users from being able to book more than one desk at a time.
When navigating to the Kiosk URL if a user does not specify a profile ID number a default Kiosk will be loaded for them. If using screen security the user will be prompted to log in, this will also find the best Kiosk depending on their set default location. If screen security is not used there is an option to define a default Kiosk that users will be shown, this can be found in the Kiosk profiles list.
The Aura device can now be used as a Kiosk. When a Kiosk URL is entered on the Aura the lights will be turned off also the RFID authentication screen which is usually disabled on a mobile device is enabled for this device.
Improvements have been made to the text displayed on unregistered Qubi devices.
Improvements have been made to some of the text used in Qubi LED options dropdown.
Improvements have been made regarding deleting bookings in the booking manager. The delete icon will not be displayed if a booking is not able to be deleted.
Improvements have been made to the booking report, now the location of the resource will be logged against each booking, this is included in the exportable log allowing for location filters to be applied.
Improvements have been made throughout the admin interface to update some text values, titles, and headers.
Three additional languages have been added for 2nd language support (Italian, Swedish and Welsh).
Improvements have been made to list views in the admin console when selecting a row number to be displayed this value will be retained for the duration of the current session.
Improvements have been made to the text shown in profile settings to indicate what value is applied in System Settings (=Yes) / (=No).
Improvements have been made to the MAC address entry fields. When typing a MAC address the hyphens required will automatically be added.
If viewing the Room Screen via a slow network the “default” Stylesheet would show briefly before the custom style would be loaded, this has been resolved by hiding the screen until it’s fully loaded.
Detailed logs have been added to each web service methods used for Asure Integration.
Fixes an issue where an admin user was not alerted when trying to delete a location that is currently assigned to a resource profile.
Fixes an issue when creating on-screen messages, the status icon would indicate a future message even once it was live. This was due to differing time zones.
Fixes an issue when using SSO the user fields that are populated automatically are greyed out and can not be modified.
